Elegant Oak Beamed House In Pretty Village

Fantastic location, great size, comfortable beds, extremely responsive hosts, good appliances, and my cats and girlfriend believed the heated floors to be the greatest invention ever. Hosts were very responsive to issues, including sending a microwave to the property and fixing up issues several times.

Their cleaning person really needs to improve their work. Prior tenant’s wilting flowers were left out which were toxic to my cats and got them sick. Additionally, shower drain cap was initially locked in a cleaning cabinet leading to the master bedroom reeking of sewer. Expect plumbing to be infrequently off-and-on in longer stays, with issues regarding toilet flushing and hot water. Living room furntiture is old and in poor condition but this works well for stays with pets.

The living area is not comfortable for five people.sofas so low to the ground ,the worst ever..A beautiful room that could be better decorated .. A large stain on carpet in a bedroom . Water pressure not good.

Quaint. Quiet. Homely. Spacious. Well equipped and nicely furnished. Very nice village with shops and pubs.

A great house with lots of space of 3 couples where we could relax and play games and spend time together. Having space to cook was great and the bedrooms were lovely Having things like washing up liquid and fully stocked kitchen was amazing. Downstairs bathroom was lovely. The utility room was beautiful and great practical space for storing coats and shoes The whole house has so much character and charm to it. Parking was easy and plentiful right outside the property. The village is quiet and peaceful, with history all around whilst also being next to the A1 which made travelling so simple. Perfect place to celebrate a few birthdays with some friends

The bathrooms were a little odd in layout, especially having an open door into the master bedroom for the shower. However small inconvenience.
