The staff were excellent I got a lovely little bungalow it was spotless and in a beautiful location are you only stayed one night but it was excellent

Great value for money, nice staff and a great location. Getting washing done was easy and always helpful staff.

Quiet road but near the town centre

Perfect location, close to the lake and the night market. Helpful staff en cheap and clean room. Hot shower and airco.

The room was spacious, and for a very good price!

We arrived during the check in time and the room was not ready yet, we had been driving for 4h in our motocycle and were quite tired so that was not great for us.

Great value for money. The accommodation is situated in a safe area, in the city center. The guests are amazing.

The room had some spider webs, and there is no shower cabin.

Good stay, they upgraded us to the bungalow for free when shower didn’t work. Nice man running the place.

All good for us

There were several negative reviews but for us it was a perfect stop along the Mae Hong Son loop. The location couldn’t be better, the price for what you get is amazing and overall, it’s a fantastic value. Details: the shower and toilet were separated, endless hot water with electric heater, exhaust fan in bathroom and a separate place for sitting for morning coffee. Staff didn’t speak much English but friendly and accommodating. Coffee shop across the street had best mocha and Thai iced tea we’ve had so far in Thailand.

Location location location... Super comfy beds and pillows and a decent hot shower. Easy check in no fuss. Lovely peaceful family.

The price is a bit high for the whole of Mae Hong Song imo but this place is good value in terms of their local market for rooms. Eg, this room in chinag mai or pai would be 400 - 500 baht max.
