The property is in fabulous condition, easy in and out, close to great golf and dining. I would consider the whole month of February 2026, if available.

It was perfect for me in accompanying my father back to his home in Avon Park. Great location off of US27. Can enter/exit through side door with no problem. Has all the amenities of home. Took a bit to adjust to the hot plate for cooking since I had never used one like this but it worked great once I figured it out. Great for 1 or 2 people. Very quiet and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Parking is a little tight but wasn't a big problem as your sharing the drive with the owners. Most of the time they were parked off the drive.

The owners of this sweet little place have thought of everything. It is an extremely cozy and well organized space with all the comforts you could need. The suite is well maintained and very clean. We will return whenever we are in the area again.
