City Centre Apartment Close to Hagley Park

We had a wonderful stay in the lovely apartment, would love to come back and recommend to our friends and family. Thanks to Trish for the guidance and hospitality.

The heater in the bedroom could have been better

It had everything we needed and wanted. It was very clean & we loved the location.

Parking was a little difficult at times & we needed to park a short walk away.

Location and facilities good

It was,a great location walking distance frim station.

It was a spacious apartment with a nice garden. Had everything you would need and was a 20 minute walk to the cafe in Hagley park and about the same into town centre

Parking is a problem during the day. If you go out in the morning you won’t get parked close by before 3/4pm. There’s a college round the corner, a hospital nearby and people park there for these places and those who work in town also park around there

The apartment is very well-kept, has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay, the pressure of the shower is good, and it was easy to check-in with the code. The bus stop is just a few minutes away. If I will move to CHCH, I will definitely consider renting this apartment out because it looks good and is situated in a convenient location.

The bathroom doesn't have a window which isn't really a big deal. I didn't have a look at the closet on the first few nights I am checked in, it was quite warm inside the bedroom during my stay and it was already late when I found the fan.
