La salle commune et la convivialité. Être au 5e étage, avec une sorte de loggia vitrée tout le long de l'étage, donnant une très chouette vue sur les toits du vieux quartier. L'adresse est également remarquablement située, très centrale.

Les infiltrations d'eau au bout de la baie vitrée de la loggia mériteraient réparations, mais cela ne concerne pas les chambres. L'explication pour avoir un changement de serviettes de bain du jour au lendemain n'était pas très claire : en fait il faut laisser les serviettes usagées dans les paniers hors de la chambre et se servir directement dans les neuves présentées dans la salle commune. S'il n'y en a plus, demander au personnel.

The room and washroom were clean,which I really appreciate

Overall the stay was okay, but i would suggest being clearer in the listing that the washroom and shower are only located on the first floor as we initially thought it was attached to or available on the room floor based on the photos. It was a bit misleading during booking. It would be helpful if this was highlighted so future guests know in advance. In addition, carrying heavy luggage up to the top floor via staircase was quite difficult, so any assistance or clearer notice regarding this would be appreciated

The best thing is the location. You’re in the heart of Seoul and relatively easy to go anywhere using the subway. Self check in was easy and efficient.

Having to go down two floors just for going to the bathroom at midnight is not comfortable at all.

The location was very good.

The toilets located on 2nd floor when your room is on the 5th floor. The shower room and toilets doubtful cleanliness.

Location close to the metro line

No staff, very untidy place, towels were not available, rooms and washrooms were not cleaned
