The staff was the only good thing

Disappointing to say the least. The fact that there is a hot tub seriously cannot dispel the overriding problems to be classed as basic accommodation. No bedside light,tv or tea/coffee facilities in the absolutely freezing bedroom, so cold in fact I had to wrap a towel round my head to keep warm at night. Thats if you could get any sleep without a lock on the bedroom door!The morning wasn't any better. No milk in the downstairs kitchen so couldn't have a hot drink. The shower facilities had another box room attached to it with an open door and someone in it!!! I am a seasoned traveller and work away a lot,please take this on board,people have basic needs and youre papering over these with a hot tub and freezing swimming pool. Horrendous!

Prompt staff communication, helpfulness and flexibility. The fires and the pool.

The bedding, lack of tea/coffee in room. The heating. The smell of paraffin.
