"Awful"

Lower level Bedroom is a joke. Its actually the basement which had mold and water, it stunk, we couldn't sleep there had to sleep on sofas upstairs. Washer, dryer and dishwasher didn't work. I had to tell them I want a refund, they didn't reach out to me first. They decided refund amount and I had no say in the amount.
