Great room

We booked this location but had to change to a different location due to the distance from an event we were working at, the receptionist was unhelpful and automatically defaulted to answering that she couldn’t give a refund or help because it is owned by someone else overseas and that person was/is unavailable. Made a quick remark that there was no money kept onsite and that there is nothing they can do. She was pretty rude and wiped her hands of being understanding and providing a refund or compassion. They did not reply to any online complaints and requests I made- complete silence. The motel is pretty dated, not good value for money, don’t recommend to anyone. Please also note that we did not use the room at all, we looked in there and then went to discuss the issues with them and they did not care.

Terrible business, look elsewhere.

The property was very dirty, the person at reception made a promise to me, which the management later overturned. My follow-up communications with the owner were not well received and showed a lack of customer focus - really disappointing.

Location to Wellington was brilliant. Warm welcome, the cleanest rooms I have ever seen. Yes, it is a little dated, yet comfortable, clean, and close to what we wanted to do.

Full facilities in room, paid extra to be allowed pets staff were accommodating and friendly. Bedding clean

Chopping board and cutlery were not clean and left over food in fridge. I think this may have been an oversight. Not a major
