Pearl Chambers in Leeds City Centre

The flat is really stunning with amazing views.

Unfortunately, the heating wouldn't come on. The flat was freezing at night time. I'm sure if the heating was working it would have been fine. The area was so noisy that I wasn't able to sleep very well. The square is very busy at 2/3am and the noise of drunk students travelled up to the room. There's no double glazing, so no way to block the noise. Also getting the key was difficult with no out of hours arrangement, would be better to have 24 pick up/ drop off access when checking out early. The flat was so cold that I wasn't able to have a shower.

Tv didn’t work. No general property instructions (eg, key return, rubbish disposal)

Great location, good sized space for a couple of nights. Easy key collection from station but need to be within the hours of the excess baggage office being open. Also did not initially get the code to get through the front gates but the host was quick to respond via messages in the app.

A lovely flat in the heart of Leeds’ artistic and historic quarter, with easy access to everything. Host was very helpful with minimal fuss.

Decor was perfect, with a dedicated work area

Everything way exceeded my expectations, except the incomplete directions for picking up the key on arrival. Looking forward to returning!

Directed to pick up the keys from the Keynest "in Leeds Railway Station". Wandered around the huge place on multiple levels, but nobody there knew anything about it. Finally had the wit to google Keynest and they directed me to The "Excess Baggage Company" just inside the Wellington Street entrance. Then it was easy :-) (take note folks!)
