They should have a tea station in the guest rooms or a shared kettle

Such a peaceful and relaxing place, with lovely decoration, nice staff, excellent cuisine. Wonderful place !

The interior is tasteful

Our stay was a complete letdown… we were a group of 6 rooms and all felt the same. The cost of staying is exorbitant compared to the services and basic amenities were a joke to name few; water in jugs( not sure how clean and hygienic it is) shampoo and shower gel in one !! No lotion . Breakfast and presentation was very poor . The staff lack of hospitality ! I’m a firm believer that a warm and welcoming staff can make or break a stay. Keys were handed over without any indication where the rooms are!! No signs on room numbers so we ended up opening other guests rooms!! We were told that they are not a hotel( no joke… we thought checking in a the four season!! ) Being a frequent traveler and have visited many reputable guest houses in Lebanon I believe that this establishment is not worth the visit and incredibly overrated
