Cosy Log Cabin in Llanfoist village

They cabin was beautiful with great facilities and great access to the town.

I couldn't find any instructions on how to work the over or hob. I managed to figure this out but having some written down would have helped.

location was about 20/25 min walk into Abergavenny. didn't spend much time in the cabin but it was perfectly fine. Futon lounge bed not the most comfortable.

thought it was more remote and not in a small housing estate but perfectly adequate for our needs.

The cabin was really nice and comfortable, with open air space to chill.

The shower didn't have much pressure

The Cwtch is a really cute and beautiful lodge which felt like home from home. Everything was ready for us when we arrived with ample parking. My partner only met Peter during our stay, who was very approachable and friendly. Although the hosts house was on the other side of the garden, we felt our privacy was honoured and were able to enjoy their beautiful garden from the decking outside the cabin at all times of the day. The facilities are well thought out and there were more kitchen and bathroom utensils available than expected. The bed was extremely comfy and we slept really well during our stay. The bathroom is a great space and although the shower could do with a bit more pressure power, it was hot and did the job! Everything was clean and it was warm and cosy with the heaters on in the evening. We spent the days exploring Abergavenny, Brecon, Pontsticill, Blaenavon and various other places, walking, mooching the towns, doing tourist activities, eating out in lovely cafes and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin and would highly recommend it to others, as well as revisit ourselves. Thanks very much Karen and Peter.

We liked the "log cabin" feel and was a good size well equipped and close for good walks

Comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, private location in a pretty garden with handy adjacent parking. Very convenient for Abergavenny and surrounding countryside.

A problem with electrics on arrival but owners readily resolved this once they got home 90 minutes later.

Lovely and comfortable place, appreciated the extra heater although not needed as was warm. Great place to stay.

If I need to be very picky, just needed a kitchen towel to dry the kitchen utensils used after washing up. Although saying that great range of pots and pans to do the cooking. Very much appreciated.
