"Für 1-2 Nächte ok"

8.0

Very clean and really nicely put together, It was really cozy with everything we needed for our stay. The bed was comfy, and the little garden area was great for the dogs as well. Lovely host who had fresh scones and clotted cream for us in the fridge. Great value for money and short drive to lots of different locations in Cornwall. We really enjoyed our weekend stay.

"We were sorry to leave Fry's Carriage and look forward to staying here again in the future."

10.0

Loved the spotlessly clean Fry's Carriage and its retro equipment and furnishings. Really appreciated the unexpected and generous welcome pack of breakfast essentials & Rodda's cream-tea provided by our very friendly and helpful host, Sara, who had gone above and beyond by equipping the carriage with every other essential from teabags/coffee, salt/pepper to washing-up liquid/hand-soap, etc. We enjoyed the privacy of the location, the two 'dog-friendly' enclosed gardens, the beautiful views and the local countryside walks. Recommend a walk to Prima Bakery to enjoy a hot & tasty pasty or sausage roll, plus a good selection of other savoury and sweet treats (if you are gluten-free just phone ahead and they will bake a GF pasty for you if given an hour's notice). Sara had also thoughtfully provided a good range of dvd's, books and games - just wish our stay had been longer than two nights to make more use of them.

Absolutely everything....I love this place. My second time here and it was just as lovely as I remembered. I came with my dog again, just for two nights and there were scones, clotted cream and jam ready for me (my favourite!) along with bread, butter, milk and OJ....along with doggy biscuits for Bella! These little things make all the difference. Brilliant location as I had a morning of work in Redruth, the weather was even kind to us this time and we had glorious sunshine for our full day. Will definitely be back next year 😊

Nothing!

"Cozy getaway"

10.0

Loved every bit of our stay here. The carriage is very cute and thoughtful decorated. Sara, the host provided us with free bread, butter, orange juice and milk. There were plates and cutlery as well as a microwave, a watercooker, a coffeemaker, a fridge and a Foreman grill. You could also find a first aid kit, a few games and maps/flyer with local activities. The bathroom had a working toilet and running water. Towels were there too as well as a hairdryer. We really loved it here and would definitely come back again. Sara was just wonderful, she personally welcomed us and showed us everything herself. She also let us know, that we mustn’t hurry checking out! We spent almost two weeks in Devon and Cornwall but Fry’s Carriage was the highlight!
