Apartment is quite nice. 2 adults 2 kids is OK. Outstanding pools in a price of a room! Suitable for enjoyable sport swimming. Few small shops caffees in surroundings. Night market with streetfood 2 minutes walk! Beautiful beach in short walking distance. Very nice!

In bathroom there was an urgent need for some pluming. Also few hair which was not ours :) Area is a bit strange as there is a lot of empty houses all around you. But if you are OK with it, you will be really satisfied. Hosts are very friendly but speeks no english at all.

Absolutely love the location couldn’t be better for a staying in Phu Quoc. The manager and manageress are very nice people and will do anything to help you. The location is perfect being a little south of the main town, which is in the middle of the island.

one joined balcony on the 2nd floor with the neighbours. owners later put a palm to make at least visual separation.

It's very good value. I was in Phu Quoc for the triathlon event so the location was perfect. The pool that the hotels can share is great

If I wasn't doing the event, the location isn't very good. No cafes/restaurants close by.

New facility, very pleasant place. Close to the beach.

No infrastructure, impossible to order a bike, only overpriced taxi cars. No kitchen to cook . No dood shops in proximity.

Clean, modern & updated in a new complex that is currently still under development but completely livable. It will suit people looking to get away from it all to relax and soak in the sun. The hustling and bustling town is a mere 15 minute motorcycle ride. It is located on one of the nicer and cleaner parts of Long Beach. Complex has 3 pools that are lovely and well-maintained. Owner is accommodating and helpful. No English but we get by with translation apps. There are a few business in the complex renting motorcycles but you need to shop around for better and road worthy bikes.

There are no breakfast options. Although there are a couple of cafes in the complex offering breakfasts, we found ourselves going to town for breakfasts or go to the grocery store for breakfast items. No Daily cleaning service to replenish Toiletries & water

It's a new facility with multiple pools. Its right near the less crowded sunset Beach. The couple running the place are very friendly.
