Cottage near Lagoon beach in Durban

The privacy and cleanliness.

Water temperature was not high enough

The yard was pretty and clean.

Firstly the place wasn’t cleaned. The entire place has mold and a damp smell. Water wasn’t hot but I don’t recommend having a shower there. Bathroom light doesn’t work,have to use the toilet in the dark. The toilet needs a new seat.

the mouldy smell in the cottage ,lack of hygenine (sheets where not changed for the 5 day period i was there)

The water was not hot and the wifi was not working properly.

It was very peaceful and the owner was always there when we needed something

The pool was not clean and there is a lil bit of a bad smell in the house

Smart TV and Netflix.

This property is misleadingly advertised as being “near Lagoon Beach” when it is not. All the rooms have mold, creating an unpleasant odor and an unhealthy environment. The main bedroom and bathroom lights, as well as the bedroom ceiling fan, are not working. The toilet lacks a door, offering no privacy, and the flush is defective. The bathroom shower tiles are filthy. Additionally, essential amenities are missing, there is no iron, and the microwave plate is absent. Ants are everywhere. Guest parking is located under trees, and falling branches caused by monkeys jumping around pose a risk of damage or scratches to vehicles. It seems the owners are taking chances by renting out this unit despite its numerous issues, many of which have been mentioned in previous reviews but remain unaddressed. Until these problems are resolved, I would not recommend this cottage to anyone.

The toilet handle wasn't working properly and the toilet made a big noise after flushed it.Also the light for the bathroom and room not working.There is no microwave plate in the oven to warm your food.
