Owners are very nice people, nice area comfortable bed 10 out of 10 if I will be back in Birmingham definitely this is the place to stay

Room was fine, bathroom felt like a clean space

I searched for a property with a kitchen and got a hob and a microwave and no apology for the oven food I had bought. If you tick kitchen, have a kitchen.

Very nice host, very nice accomodation with all the utilities you need within the property and in good accessible location close to many amenities. Much better than I expected. Its also deceptively and pleasantly quiet being so close to the hustle and bustle of Coventry road. Thanks for the stay.

"Amazingly friendly host - very good value - will come again next year"

the host was amazingly friendly - drove me to the bank and would have driven me to the airport if the taxi would have been late - very tidy - nice garden - kitchen and fridge ( had my own space there ) - and only 23 Minutes by bus ( X1 ) to the airport/NEC and in the other dircetion to Birmingham City ( didnt go there so no idea how long that would take ) Taxi from airport/NEC did cost 13 to 20 pounds depending on day and time
