"Sunshine in May by the coast."

The host was available via WhatsApp from the moment we booked and always answered our questions rapidly. The use of a private garage was a definite plus. It was great that the host provided coffee, water, tea and a local specialty as well all that was necessary for washing up and laundry. 😊

The apartment is very spacious with a wonderful roof terrace. You can relax in the whirlpool (unfortunately not on the roof)

Unfortunately, you can only just see the sea from the roof terrace.

We highly recommend this place. The apartment is clean and well maintained. The apartment has very functional kitchen along with a dining area that can accommodate at least 6. The bedrooms are very spacious (by Italian standards). The owner, Alessandro, is extremely friendly and helpful in providing information on the local sites that should be seen as well as the area restaurants that are of good value with great food. He is always accessible on WhatsApp for suggestions and to answer any questions. If you are looking for a quiet place to spend a few vacation days visiting sites (or going to the beach in the summertime), this is the place to be. Some beautiful beach towns such as Porto Cesario, Santa Maria di Leuca, or Otranto are just a short drive away and are well worth a visit. This place is a great central location to be able to visit all major sites of Puglia.

The house is located in a private road (i.e. no traffic) only a few steps from the beautiful beach. Secure parking is provided. You find terraces in front and behind the house plus a large sunroof. The interior is all new in a very tasteful design. All this can only be topped by the most amicable hosts who did everything to comfort us.
