Hippocrates bound by BiNoBi!

The apartment was nice, and location was ok but 40 min walking from city centre.

The owner / customer support was awful. I have never in my life had worse experience with customer support and I can tell you I use Booking for more than 10 years. The lock with the keys is outside the building on the left of the building entrance door, but hidden behind an electricity box. Very difficult to spot. I barely managed to find it on my own, because the lady talking with me on phone, and chatting on booking was super rude, and not willing to give me any instructions. There was not any info if the lockbox with the keys is inside or out of the building, and when trying to get this information, I came up to a rudness never seen in my life. The lady was no willing to explain on the phone, and her English was very bad. She was also not willing to direct me to the keys, but instead was just copy pasting the ready made text with insctuctions, where there was no info on where to locate the lockbox. Awful experience. I even started looking for another place to stay because I was out of the building for 40 minutes, with just getting copy paste the same text with instructions for 10 times. The apartment is good, but a hell to enter, and even bigger hell to contact the support. At the end I managed to find the lockbox after checking every corner, ground floor, and 1st floor and eve went to other building entrances because it was not possible to locate the lockbox.. A true entrance hell, I never wish this to anyone.

Super cool place, we really liked it. Location, clean and new, enough space, free parking nearby. Definitely staying here next time in Thessaloniki

-The neighbourhood is amazing. There is everything that you could possibly ask for: supermarkets, coffee shops, breakfast places, mini markets open 24/7 and more! Very vivid, live , full of friendly people and it is only 15 mins of walking from the sea promenade that you can walk all the way down to the centre ! -All facilities for cooking/ washing , tv etc -Very clean! -Self service check in -Renovated and super modern -Pet friendly so your little best friend can be with you 🐕 💓

-Although it's not that small, it is a little bit tight for two people, who are not a couple so they can't sleep together in the same room. However the size is perfect for 1 person(solo travellers rejoice!) -There is a balcony in the flat. I think that a small table and a chair would be a great addition As well to enjoy a drink in the evening :-) - You will literally bleed trying to find a parking spot close to the flat. (Although this has nothing to do with thr flat but just FYI in case you drive there.

The apartment was tidy, with all the necessary equipment and utilities, including a good quality Internet, washing machine, iron, and ironing board. Conveniently located, you can reach the center with buses, either taking the line 31 from the same street, or walking to the next street with multiple lines available.

Before arriving, we were a bit concerned because the reviews were all too good to be true. However, when we arrived we were glad to see that the place was fully refurbished, at very high standards, and exceeded our expectations. The flat was super clean, and the kitchen was fully equiped. The internet connection was good enough to allow two people remotely working at the same time. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Hippocrates bound and would highly recommend it. The owner was very responsive, even when we had to contact her late at night (to ask about the flat's name on the intercom/buzzer, because we wanted to order some food).

Upon arrival, it was not easy to see the locker box for getting the property keys. We thought we will have to access the building first, but the main entrance was locked. However, we contacted the contact person and she was super helpful in providing accurate instructions for accessing the flat.
