The city centre is really close, staff is always nice and helpful. It is my second time staying there.

Towels are not changed throughout all the stay and I always had some trouble getting hot water when shower.

Perfect location! Staff working are so nice and welcoming! I loved that there was water available and coffee/tea. By the entrance where the check in desk is. It was such a great deal (if you’re on a budget). I felt safe and comfortable. I really appreciated when i checked out (at 5:30am) there was an employee there to wish me goodbye and help me with my luggage. She was so sweet and it made me happy to choose a small hotel like this, it felt like a home and she actually cared! I love staying at places like these, where the people who work there make you feel cared for and welcomed.
