"The lovely location and hosts make this hotel a fabulous bargain!"

This secluded property offers magnificent views of the surrounding mountains and Maramma Falls. Our room was well appointed and large, the pool was very clean and the hosts were magnificent. It was the best "bang for your buck" hotel on our trip!

"Fantastico albergo immerso nel verde"

Location eccezionale, a 15 minuti dalle cascate e immerso nelle colline e paeselli della Valnerina umbra. Camere pulite, moderne, fresche e ben fornite. Piscina bella e pulitissima. Le camere al piano inferiore, vicino alla piscina, hanno anche un bel giardinetto con ombrellone e sdraio dove potersi rilassare immergendo lo sguardo nel verde e godendosi il silenzio. In lontananza si possono vedere anche le Cascate delle Marmore. Ci siamo fermati anche a cena: menù semplice con piatti tipici e ingredienti locali; prezzi onestissimi. Consiglio vivamente il tagliere di salumi umbri. Squisito. Grazie Fabrizio per la disponibilità, simpatia e professionalità. Torneremo sicuramente!

Niente da dire alla struttura e allo staff, alloggio perfetto. Consiglio solamente di munirsi di repellente per zanzare nel periodo estivo. Essendo immersi nel verde, zanzare e vespe non possono mancare.

Posizione tranquilla e comoda per raggiungere in auto le cascate. Ambiente familiare e buon cibo. Siamo stati davvero bene. Grazie di tutto

"Bel panorama ma struttura poco curata."

Il panorama era molto bello difronte le cascate delle Marmore. La struttura è molto grande, la zona è silenziosa.

La colazione è prevista tardi a partire dalle 8:30. Scarseggia la manutenzione della struttura compresa anche quella della piscina. Assenza del personale perché fa tutto il proprietario. Non si può dormire con le finestre aperte perché mancano le zanzariere e grate.

L'accoglienza, ci sembrava di essere a casa di amici. Fabrizio, il proprietario è un vero maestro dell'ospitalità. Splendida la cena che ci preparava con le sue mani. Struttura molto bella. Luogo ideale per rilassarsi e visitare i numerosi luoghi di interesse nelle vicinanze. Si meriterebbe un voto più alto e non vediamo l'ora di ritornare a trovarlo. Grazie di tutto
