The service and staff was very nice and pleasant. Good customer service.

The state of the facility was not up to the standard of the images on the internet, very misleading. The wifi was a bit slow.

The guy who welcomed us, not sure if he is the receptionist or owner. He was very kind.

The door locks are not working, you need to lock everytime. The push-button stopper on the basin in my room was spoilt and rotten, therefore I was compelled to either brush my teeth in the shower using a mug. there are ants. Both my friend and I (sleeping in different rooms) woke up to our food covered in ants. The extra blanket in the closet is questionable.

I was able to sit outside for fresh air

The room was too hot, my woman woke up to nose bleed, the air conditioner does not cool the room even at 15 deg. The room was very hot even at 7am. The fan they gave made it better, but still very hot. The need to work on their ventilation. Imagine if my wife passed out 🚮🚮🚮

WiFi problems

Location of property is good. Room was ready and looked comfortable( did not stay)

Was not like they advertised. no braai, swimming pool was green. Bathroom light not working... Had to find a different place(sad)
