The place is horrible. It's not a true reflection of what's online. It's so dirty. The manager/owner is rude asf. We booked forn2 nights, got there and there was construction on site (note: no one notified us prior and we were going to study there) and the noise? Worse. The floor was dirty, the bathroom was even worse. There were dead ants on the floor and very dusty. When we called the manager, he didn't acknowledge our complaint and showed us the gate. Rude guy!

Lacking maintenance and cleanliness. Worn down furniture in rooms, dirty coffee stations, dirty kitchen cubboards and stove, one towel in a room booked for two, no lightbulbs in the nightlights, moldy shower, and just overall a bit run down. This place could be lovely with proper cleaning and maintenance.

Everything was so easy and perfect for what we needed. Easy checking....they went the extra mile and gave us the family room at no cost as no one else had booked it...meaning my son didn't need to share a double bed with me. Easy access in and out. Private and safe parking inside yard. Felt safe there. Use of communal kitchen and lounge if we needed as stayed a few nights. Nice and quiet area. Most comfy bed and clean linen ever!!!! Swimming pool was great for a fresh dip! Close to all shops and mall for meals etc. Fridge and kettle in room was great. Super friendly staff. Everything was just great! Will definitely book there again.

Nothing bothered us...minor..but some items in th room and bathroom need a bit of attention. Cupboard door didn't close properly. Bedside table draw kept opening and not staying shut. Shower soap dish loose....but nothing major...may bother others. No loo roll holder.
