Puri Taru Ubud

This place is so beautiful. Tucked at the end of a small road and super private. It feels like an oasis in the jungle. The room is big, the mattress and pillows were super comfy! The family who run this place are super lovely.

Puri Taru is located very closely to Ubud and it’s in the middle of the rice fields: it’s just lovely! Guests were super helpful and have been very responsive since the booking.

The kitchen area could be a bit more clean, but we didn’t use it, so no problem for us.

Stunning property set amongst rice fields. Very welcoming host with excellent English and super accommodating. It felt like a dream... A well taken care of home. It felt like home, you could relax and feel alone. The bath is beautiful after a long drive. In general the house is just at an excellent level. There is a water tank to drink from. Bed and linen are top quality. Ideal romantic getaway. At the time of my booking there was construction nearby so the room is quite heavily discounted, making it extraordinary value. I checked out a bit late, which the host was gracious about, and didn't hear any noise anyway.

A bit hard to find. It's off the main road, when the road curves, you have to take a tiny motorbike-wide path to the villa. Not really a complaint, just so you know!
