GBGBVery clean and comfortable. Very well equipped kitchen. Great for accommodating large groups - there was 11 of us! Beautiful Christmas tree and a complimentary tub of chocolates and locally brewed 2 bottles of ale. Toiletries in all the bathrooms. Dishwasher tablets and washing pods provided. Tea and coffee provided. Matt was amazing and answered any queries. Fantastic location and very quiet. We had a lovely Christmas there.
Nothing but a mop and bucket would have been useful and kitchen tongs. You can’t fault anything else!
GBAmazing views and Matt was on hand to give us recommendations within the local area. The property itself is clean and was literally perfect will definitely book again! There is also a children's play area looks brand new on the property and some friendly neighbours aka horses and cows which were an added bonus! Thank-you very much for making out group stay welcoming! I would say book while you can because this is a hidden gem in the Lakes!

GBEverything was perfect. We, 3 families with little kids and young adults, had great time. Clean, warm, spacious and cozy house with great scenery. These two - spacious and cozy - could exist together there. So young men could have their own time and all kids could have fun there inside and outside. Especially the thing that kids can play next to parents without bothering each other x) in the dining space. So regretful we didn’t have enough time to spend time in the lovely and cozy living room! Should visit again :) The church which is adjacent to our house💚 gave us a precious gift with beautiful bell sound when we left. Bless this house!!💛 Matt has been so kind and responsive all the time. And everything has been well prepared including oven pans! We all agree that we would like to spend days at this house even without traveling Lake District :) Definitely stay here again when we can visit here again Thanks a lot indeed Matt.

GBGBabsolutely perfect, spotless. gorgeous, u real views, lovely host. good communication, everything you could need, comfy beds. just can’t say enough good things about this place. we have stayed in so many holiday homes and this was our favourite. cannot wait to go back
that we didn’t book for longer :-)
