Clean and tidy, great location in town centre

Only slight drawback was proximity to parking

Fantastic location, close to the market square and the castle, spacious, comfortable rooms and bathrooms. Highly recommended. The kind manager kindly changed my first room, room 2, which though very comfortable, had a view of a wall and a bright green stair light, making sleep very difficult the first night, I also felt unsafe, the door had a flimsy lock straight to the alleway. We were there to be with our father, who was in palliative care and I really appreciated the move to room 6 the following day, which was so restorative and beautiful, at a very difficult time. My sister had room 8 which was really lovely. Thank you.

Great character accommodation in the heart of the old town centre. Very close to all the sights and action. Nice blend of old features and modern functionality.
