All the rules to get in and out of the building. and the expectations when you left. Was bad enough we didn't even eat in the unit, ate out every meal.
USNice view of the sound from the deck, 2 story windows in the living area, quiet flush toilets, very secure building with parking for a full size SUV.
Second story Bedroom mattress could use an upgrade, carpet is close to end of life.
USHost met us outside and guided us to everything we needed and set clear expectations of what was needed from us. She was very pleasant. Leanne was the person we corresponded with by text and she was very responsive. Location is incredibly convenient and layout of suite was really cool.
Downstairs shower don’t work at all. Pool and hot tub were murky and concierge advised us not to swim in it. Two big reasons we chose this place. Kids were disappointed about the pool and we were disappointed about the hot tub. The process of filling out forms and contracts was really confusing and frustrating.

TV's mounted too high on walls. One toilet seat broken. Shower curtains need replacing. Shower grout needs cleaning
USPlace was spacious, clean, had hood parking and security.
You have to schedule a time to meet with the owner which is a bit inconvenient. Would be better if we had access on our own.
USI liked having a full apartment to work out of.
The paperwork was a nightmare and a bit excessive.
CAUSUSPerfect location in walking distance of the tourist things we wanted to see. The building was clean and the unit super cute. Very comfortable beds. We loved it.
