Kirkgate Suites - Luxurious City Centre Apartment

Great location. Everything is within walking distance. Molton Brown toiletries. The bathroom is very elegant looking with a nice bath and TV. The apartment was clean and quiet despite it being in the city centre.

The apartment is small and very dark due to a lack of windows and dark furniture and decorations. No window in the bedroom. A £250 deposit is required, staines on the towels, weak WI-FI and no phone signal in the bedroom. No towel rail in the bathroom, the mattress was very soft and uncomfortable. No lift which means having to carry heavy luggage up the narrow stairs case, the streets lights light up the living room all night. The people from the building in front can look straight into the apartment, very limited kitchen supplies (one glass only, 2 spoons etc.) I asked for an early check in (2:00 pm) that was not granted although the apartment was ready and available. There is a horrible smell in the bathroom (the bathroom is facing what appears to be where the drains are). The intercom woke me up at 2:50 AM the first night I was there. The light in the hallway goes on and off by itself. So this is what brings the rating down for me. On Sunday I had a problem with the very high tech shower. I was unable to turn the water off. I contacted the letting agent and was told to turn the shower off at the main (that meant no water was available then) and that the team would troubleshoot and fix the problem. Well, I checked out on Thursday and the team never got back to me. The usual when one is dealing with a letting agency. Nothing gets done. I will not stay here again.

The location of this BEAUTIFUL apartment was right in the city centre. Everything was exceptional. The property was so beautiful and clean. It was definitely a dream apartment for me. The bathroom?? The bathtub?? EXCEPTIONAL.

Excellent location in the middle of town close to all your favourite stores. Short stroll to a large range of restaurants and bars. First class comfort and everything you need in a self contained unit. Fully packed kitchen with all the utensils you need. Clean, comfortable and convenient.

Hard question that one. Nothing!

Location was perfect! Everything was in close distant and you’d expect it to be nosey since it’s right in the centre but the apartment was dead silent

Didn’t stay there long enough haha should of booked it for a week

We stayed for 2 evenings and the location of the property was perfect, in the heart of the shopping district. The owners were great with communication. We had to leave in a hurry for the airport and the owners were very understanding and even arranged for clothing that we had left to be couriered back to us.

Beautiful apartment with amazing facilities and lots of little touches that made it feel extra special. Would stay again in a heartbeat!
