Posizione comoda e la grandezza dell'appartamento. Direi anche la tranquillità della zona però avevo letto che il campo da calcio potesse dare fastidio, però sono stato fortunato che sotto le feste non c'erano le partite.

Porta del bagno che si apre e si chiude molto a fatica. Mancanza del minimo indispensabile per l'accoglienza. Uno solo rotolo di carta igienica, nemmeno una bottiglia d'acqua e qualche capsula per il caffè. Divano macchiato. L'odore persistente dell'odore di cucina dalle scale, ma questo dipende solamente dai vicini.

The apartment is located on a very quiet side street, just a few minutes from the buzz of the old town and the cable car, where most tour operators collect for day trips and hikes. This made it ideal for my daily walks and excursions. Hot water was available at all times, day and night, and the kitchen was fully equipped for a short stay, with pots, pans, cutlery, glassware, a fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. The plug in heater was a bonus as the December nights can get slightly chilly. The heater made the apartment warm and toasty. The bedroom and bed were extremely comfortable, with plenty of storage space. The apartment felt like a real home rather than a short-stay rental, which I really appreciated. The bathroom was well stocked with shower gel, hand soap and extra supplies. I felt safe and comfortable throughout my five-day stay and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the beautiful island of Madeira. Thank you, Joana, for a lovely stay.

I honestly couldn’t fault the apartment, but if I had to mention one small thing, it would be the TV. I wasn’t able to connect it to regular TV channels, and having access to news would have been nice, especially as a solo traveller who is happy to stay in during the evenings and relax with a bit of television while reviewing the day or updating social media. Clear instructions on how to operate the TV would be very helpful, as I couldn’t make sense of the manual and eventually gave up.

Appartement confortable et propre, bien équipé. Bien situé pour les visites. boite à clés pour récupérer les clés sans accueil.

Appartement situé au dessus ou à qques mètres d'un terrain de football. Les entrainements finissent après 23h30. Gene occasionnée par le bruit, cris des entraineurs et jours.

Wohnung in zentraler Lage, alles gut erreichbar.

Todo los servicios cubiertos, muy bien!!! Cafetera con cápsulas, tostadora, hervidor, productos de limpieza, productos de aseo!!!

Apenas se podía dormir/descansar, en la calle donde daban dos ventanas sonaban las 3 alcantarillas cada vez que pasaba un vehículo, al lado había unos campos de fútbol y estaban entrenando hasta las 23.30 de la noche y un pabellón cubierto que los sábados y domingos había partidos y se oía los pitidos del arbitraje, al lado opuesto estaba la habitación donde se oía también los pitidos de los campos (tarde/noche) y a primera hora de la mañana se oía la entrada al instituto de los estudiantes, cerca del centro a 10-15m caminando.
