"A great and economic find for a short stay if you are just visiting Spalding or that area of Lincs."

I would definitely stay here again. Great location, everything you could possibly need. Very compact and cleanliness was a definite 10 out of 10. We didn't see the hosts but I was e.mailed the day before with where to park the car and the key safe code so not seeing them wasn't a problem.

Nothing to dislike.

"Really enjoyable & relaxing as we could be independant and not tied down to meal times etc."

The location was really good as we were visiting relatives in the area. The breakfast bar had cereal, bread, microwave, teasmade so was suitable for our requirements. Would definitely stay there again when in the area.

Needed an extra hanger in the shower area.

"Great value and welcoming stay over"

Gift of bread and milk along with spreads presented so lovely. Very much great fully received after a long day of travelling and work.

Nothing I didn't like, just felt uncomfortable about keeping the door ajar due to position into garden but that's just me. I enjoy a good walk so no bother.

what a great find! A perfect studio within close proximity to Spalding. clean and well equipped. really liked the foodie bits and the toiletries. Will definitely recommend to family and friends if I move to Spalding.
