Permitiram-me fazer o check-in mais cedo. As chaves são entregues na Herdade da Ungueira (a 5min de carro). Excelente relação qualidade-preço. Ideal para quem viaja com cães. Ideal para descansar. Cama e almofadas extremamente confortáveis. Cozinha espaçosa.

Achei a maioria das avaliações injustas, especialmente a dos que fecharam a porta da entrada e deixaram a chave na fechadura por dentro. Contudo, há de facto um canto do quarto com a tinta da parede a descascar e apesar de os sofás me parecerem limpos apresentam manchas no tecido. Tenho algumas dúvidas que leiam as avaliações. Com tantas avaliações a mencionarem o mesmo problema, há tanto tempo, tenho alguma dificuldade em entender a demora a corrigirem isto. Caso contrário o espaço a este preço seria perfeito. Apesar de não ser verdadeiramente um 10, deviam ter uma avaliação superior à que consta na página da reserva. Para quem aprecia café, a máquina é da marca Nestlé Dolce Gusto. Convém trazer cápsulas. Se quiserem comprar localmente, é necessário irem a um supermercado de carro.

Only the outside

The house was in a really bad shape, paint peeling off the walls, strong smell of mold. The microwave was completely rusty, the Tv wont turn on.theres was a camera turned on at night in the outside of the house, I was not informed that I would not have privacy during my stay, not sure if it is even legal.. No kettle, the toaster was unusable...the coffee machine was grease...They have absolutely no care of the people who were staying there. We complained about the TV and the micro and they said they would change it, but we had to complain!

It is a nice, well kept house and comfortable.

It would be helpful if the host provided a few basic materials in the kitchen (dish soap, sponge, paper towel, coffee pods...)

More information re the collection of the key was not made clear that they had too be collected from a nearby hotel! This caused a totally unnecessary delay and stress. Also the lock on the door is a latch which locks as you close it!! So if you have left the keys inside you are stuck outside with no key and most likely as in our case no phones. So unnecessary it took a dark half hour bike ride to the hotel to get someone with spare keys which then wouldn’t work because we had left our keys in the door on the inside like you do!! After an hour a manager arrived and after much stress including him literally trying to kick the door down managed to open it with an old chisel I had in the van. Completely bonkers. This could so easily made clear or better still a normal handle on the outside ffs. But don’t let this put you off. It’s a great place and the people are lovely. Just don’t leave the house without the keys!!!
