AUKaki Uma Villa is absolute paradise on earth. The staff were such welcoming well mannered young people. Nothing was too much to ask of them. It felt like a home away from home, such a beautiful serene place. Very new villas, short 2 min walk to nice cafes but a quiet place like the country. Surrounded in rice terraces, short walk to waterfall. It gave us the re-set we needed. This is a hidden gem, a secret which I want to keep to myself!

A szállás és a szobák is gyönyörűek, modern, mégis hangulatos stílusúak. 🌴🤙🏻 Amiért imádtuk: • A szoba és a kilátás: A rizsteraszokra néző szobánk fantasztikus volt, minden reggel nyugtató, zöld környezetre ébredhettünk.🌴🍚 • Reggeli: A szobaszervizes reggeli elképesztően bőséges és finom volt, igazi luxusélmény a teraszon elfogyasztani.😋 • Kommunikáció: Nagyon praktikus, hogy a személyzet WhatsAppon bármikor elérhető. Bármilyen kérdésünk volt, azonnal és kedvesen válaszoltak.📱 • Személyzet: Ritka az ilyen őszintén kedves és figyelmes vendéglátás.🙏🏻 • Programok: Érdemes élni az általuk kínált programlehetőségekkel, mi nagyon elégedettek voltunk a szervezéssel és az élményekkel is. 🏝️🏞️ Szívből ajánlom mindenkinek, aki egy szép, tiszta és barátságos szállást keres, profi csapattal a háttérben!🫶🏻❤️

GBThe pool was lovely- we had a wonderful floating breakfast. The views around the villas are beautiful! We had hardly any mosquitos, and the hot water pressure was great! Lovely huge bath and some really nice restaurants, cafes etc all in walking distance. A very relaxed area to enjoy a quieter Bali.
Unfortunately what let this place down was our experience traveling with our baby and this staff response to our problems. Please note- this place does not provide suitable baby cots! Despite what is noted on booking.com and me messaging the property privately to confirm they had a cot multiple times. We arrived and a visibly dirty and damaged travel cot with a broken mattress that provided not support to the metal frame below was in the room. I raised my concerns to staff and explained how unsuitable it was. They said they would try and source another one, the second one was also incredibly dirty, mouldy and completely unusable. I would have been mortified to provide that to a customer. I told them again it was not suitable. They provided me the managed number- who was totally unapologetic, said this was ‘normal resort standard’ and that I was strange for not bed sharing with my baby. They refused to help in any other way. We had one night of terrible sleep taking it in turns for the baby to sleep on us before we managed to contact an external baby hire company, and hire a cot from them. Then we left a day early because we just didn’t feel welcome at the property. All our other stayed provided safe clean baby cots for us. I suggested to the manager than to prevent a similar issue happening again, to change his listing to say no baby cots provided but he told me ‘dont blame me, its booking.com’ so again… absolutely no level of customer service.

USThe staff are just the sweetest shout out to Andi for the other gentleman . They were both exceptional in the check in / check out process
The amount of bugs outside in the villa ( nothing the villa could do to fix or be at fault it’s located by a rice field ) but that was the only thing that I didn’t like .

CZPerfektní místo, byli jsme opravdu spokojeni, naprosté soukromí, privátní bazén, s personálem bezproblémová komunikace, vždy se snažíli vyhovět. Rádi se znovu vrátíme…

Di notte spesso i gechi entrano in stanza e fanno rumore, quindi se qualcuno avesse il sonno leggero potrebbe esserne disturbato
