ZAThe host and the apartment were amazing. Modern classy decor, convenient location, and very clean. The host is very attentive and responsive. There are the little things that the host provides to make you feel welcome, which makes this place extra special. The photos are an accurate representation of what you can expect. We absolutely enjoyed our stay. I will definitely be back and would recommend the apartment and the host to others.
There were no real negatives. There was an unexpected burst pipe the day we arrived but the host was ready to assist and deliver water to us and the buildings facilities team were also very nice to deal with.
ZAI wish I had the opportunity to experience the feel of The Ridge View. I haven't slept at the place because the owner was not ready to accommodate us. She confirmed our booking knowing very well that she's not ready. On arrival at the main entrance of the estate security couldn't open because our quote was 4 digits instate of 5 when we call she didn't answer our call nor the sms we've sent. After good 35 minutes of waiting at the gate we had to call again then she answered and said she's sending someone to open for us, there and there she called and said we must book 24 hour prior our arrival 🤷. Very bad experience after a long drive of 350kilometers with my son and daughter
