Cercanía al centro, dos baños completos, cocina bien equipada con centro de lavado y lavavajillas, todo cómodo y muy buena calidad precio, todo cercano para ir andando. Se aparca bien, sin pagar y suele haber sitio disponibles , bien limpio el piso, para volver sin duda y visitar todo Palermo y la zona

Barrio y edificio antiguo, aunque piso total entre reformado y nuevo, y el barrio tranquilo con vecinos de distintas nacionalidades, también apartamentos de viaje por la zona
