"It was a great place to have a vacation although not much of a tourist attraction around."

The location and neighbourhood. The house is spacious with good facilities like washer, fridge, chiller etc. It would be great if the owner can provide barbecue equipment since the backyard is spacious that can facilitate for barbecuing.
