The location was great, close to the town center

The place was not clean. There was a dead cockroach in my room. The staff was not around much of the time. One of the towels was dirty, and the mattress was awful. Overall the place was not clean

The property is well located

The property is old, which is not necessarily an issue. However, it requires better maintenance and improved cleaning standards, particularly in the common areas. Upon arrival, there was no staff present at the property. I waited and attempted to make contact for over two hours. The doorbell was not functioning, and communication was unclear. Eventually, someone from a back building informed me that the hostel staff was not there. The interaction was not welcoming and created an uncomfortable first impression. During my second night stay, there was a persistent and very loud running water noise in the room, which made it difficult to sleep on the second night. The situation was not resolved, and I was woken up at 8 a.m. when the owner came to check the water system. Additionally, I requested assistance arranging a taxi to the bus station and did not receive a response. Overall, the experience did not meet basic hospitality expectations, and I would not choose to stay here again.

El departamento es muy espacioso y acogedor, el baño es amplio y además tiene una terraza común.

La regadera es sobre una tina de baño sin tapete, corres el riesgo de caer por lo liso. Además que no tiene tapón.

Muy buena ubicación, a tres cuadras del Zócalo sin subidas ni bajadas. Edward muy amable y nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos. La habitación de la parte de abajo con 2 camas muy buenas y el baño con excelente presión.
