The Star Hotel

When I booked online I mentioned clearly that we do early check in but when we reach at hotel .The hotel staff behaviour was very rude with us and he straight away denied that we don't have rooms right now. Come after 11 am if you guys don't have a room before 11am then why would you accept online booking.. Lots of mosquito in the room. We were unable to sleep whole night . Towels quality was very bad that has been provided by the hotel. Lots of dirty plates are around when we are checking the hotel . It was very unhygienic property. I recommend people don't visit this place. Rude staff , No cleanliness, No facilities. While we are checking out from the property the person bang our door very noisily and asking that are you checking out. There is some way to ask the guest . Ridiculous property.i never visit again at this hotel .
