Super bem localizado! Ao lado da praça do Bocage e em frente ao mercado do livramento.

A internet é fraca em todo segundo andar. Tem um cheiro forte de banheiro, nada terrível mas perceptível. Não atrapalhou porque como estava calor deixamos as janelas abertas todo o tempo.

Difícil estacionar. Limpeza a melhorar. Banheira com piso muito escorregadio, sendo perigosa.
