Da vista maravilhosa que tinha para o mar, a casa muita limpa e linda. A localização fantástica, e a disponibilidade dos funcionários excelente. Certamente vamos voltar.

Located very close to the sea and the center, walking distance to anywhere. Very cute and cozy apartment, lovely terrace to spend mornings and evenings at! Even the sofa bed was very comfortable. Would definitely book again!

We are sounds sleepera but if you are a light sleeper you should take into consideration that the train track and marina is right next to thw house which obviously causes noise by passing trains and honking ferries. To us this wasnt an issue!

Alloggio ottimo, terrazza attrezzata vista mare ok mi

Appartement rénové à l’entrée de Setubal vers le port. Emplacement idéal pour visiter la ville à pied. Miguel nous a bien indiqué comment rentre dans l’appartement et était à notre disposition si nous avions besoin. Le balcon est très agréable, nous ne sommes restés qu’une nuit mais le barbecue doit être très agréable en été. Le garage est un vrai plus. Il est vrai qu’il ne faut pas avoir un véhicule trop gros. Nous recommandons vivement.

Personne ne l’avait mentionné dans les derniers commentaires mais le train passe juste en dessous de l’appart et cela fait beaucoup de bruit car le passage piéton sonne longtemps avant le passage du train et longtemps après.

The secure garage parking was very good and the property was located close to the old town with plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants. It also wasn’t far to a lovely sandy beach. The free bottle of water and wine in the fridge for us was a lovely touch and Miguel gave us really clear instructions on how to enter the property and was very friendly and helpful

The kitchen facilities were lacking. For example there was no kettle or dishcloth to wipe down surfaces and there didn’t appear to be any hot water in the kitchen or the bathroom sink. There were only 3 mugs which looked old and tired. The hot water ran out in the shower very quickly

Süsse Wohnung. Hatte alles was man braucht. Gute Lage, nahe Stadtzentrum. Sehr ruhig in der Nacht. Parkplatz in einer Garage.

Leider nicht sehr sauber. Es hatte Haare und Krümel auf dem Boden. Für den Preis erwartet man mehr..
