We were able to check in early, which was amazing. The villa was really spacious and the pool are was great. There was an issue with another tourist coming onto the property, and the director dealt with this immediately and thoroughly when we expressed our discomfort, so I cannot fault them at all as they handled the situation exceptionally well. It’s quite close to the beach also, so it’s in a really good location!

Schöne Anlage. Im Zimmer gab es Mückenstecker. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren sauber.

Im Badezimmer gibt es keine Duschwand. Der Abfluss hat sehr gut funktioniert, trotzdem war nach dem duschen das Badezimmer komplett nass.

Отдыхали в отеле 12 дней. Все очень понравилось. Спасибо девочкам администраторам на ресепшене они очень милые и всегда рады помочь гостю. Вилла хорошая, двух этажная,как на фото. Прям на ресепшене можно взять в аренду байк 140 vnd за сутки, и заказать стирку белья 40 vnd кг. Бельё приносят на следующий день всё чистое и выглаженное. Бассейн просто супер. Вся необходимая инфраструктура находится в 5 минутах от отеля, рынок,магазины,кафе,фудкорд. До моря дворами 5 минут. Очень хороший отель.

Superficially very nice, large villa. Location was good. Pool nice with seating area.

Villa was impractical, seating area big but open air so too hot to be used, bathroom tiny, Kitchen is just a kettle. No safe - worrying considering how open the villas were. Mattress on bed rock hard. Very uncomfortable. Aircon in bedroom only and was very poor. Staff were unhelpful. For example: (1) asked for restaurant recommendations answer was “no”, (2) had a powercut in the room at 7am, we could not get into contact with anyone ( I.e reception, message, call) and when we finally did as we were checking out, they just said they knew.

The big room great coz there’s 3 of us. downstairs all good. we had a good night sleep there. The water pressure was very good. The clean white sheets and pillows were amazing

second floor need more cleaning . the stairs a lot of spider web.
