Die Großzügigkeit der Wohnung, die geschmackvolle Einrichtung und die Lage. Top waren die beiden großen Terrassen auf der Vor- und Rückseite des Hauses. Haushaltstechnisch war auch alles vorhanden.

Leider war das Geschirr und Besteck sehr verschmutzt. Die Teppiche in der 1. Etage in den Schlafbereichen haben die besten Zeiten hinter sich. Ein Austausch wäre an der Zeit.
