NZThe location was excellent; very close to the Mount, the beach and other amenities in walking distance. The views of Mt Drury out of the kitchen and 2 bedrooms were a treat. The living room and beds were very comfortable which was really appreciated, as was having air conditioning during the hot days, and nights. Bonus; the water pressure in the showers was fantastic. Communication from John, the host, was very good.
NZExcellent location, in walking distance to the beach, the pools and the local shopping centre and eateries. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures. John was very accommodating, it was raining the day we got in and John allowed us to check in earlier to dry off. Great place for families with kids. Location of lock box and instructions were easy to follow.

Would have been handy to have a second fob (only one set of keys had the fob to enter the building).
