"property is good but checkin staff is very bad."

staff is very rude. they don’t care about the policy mentioned in booking.com. they refused to give complimentary extra bed for 4yr old kid, where it’s mentioned in booking.com that it’s free. checkin took time more than 30mins

there was a pool, spacious rooms and bathtub

mold in the rooms and the food was mediocre for a supposed 5 star hotel
