The Gold Dust West will be Renovating the Hotel and Rooms from 09-23-24 to 04-30-2025, the Renovation's will take place Everyday during business hours. We apologize for any inconvenience this may and will cause to our Guests. There will be noise in the area because of that. "Very Convenient and Nice Location"

Convenance and location.

The heater didn’t work in the room and facility department was called twice to fix problem and the Pool was closed.

"Customer service was not the best but the room was nice."

The room was big and very comfortable especially for my grandma who uses a walker. The room was also very clean and location was great. The pool and spa tub were great as well. Breakfast was in a nice spot and was delicious.

The front desk people were rude about simple questions and even while checking in.
