Struttura accogliente, pulita e ben posizionata per visitare La Spezia e i dintorni. Check-in semplice e proprietari sempre disponibili e cordiali. Abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente la tranquillità dell’alloggio e la comodità degli spazi.

Nulla di particolarmente rilevante da segnalare. Nel complesso il soggiorno è stato piacevole e in linea con le aspettative.

Appartement spacieux, très propre, bien équipé (excépté le lave vaisselle). Hote très sympathique et soucieux de donner toutes les informations utiles.

Un peu éloigné du centre historique et donc des lieux vivant. Parking dans le rue assez compliqué, il y a un parking public souterrain mais un peu éloigné.

It was ~30 min walk from the train station

The apartment is perfect! And host was so nice and helpful! He met us personally, gave a lot of useful information about location and things to do nearby. There are many parking places around the building with good cost. We had a great time at this place and will be glad to stay here again.

The owner is very friendly, and provides useful information for the stay there: Shops, bus stops, nearby beaches, etc. Always available to provide more info depending on our needs. The apartment is nice, clean and spacious, with air-conditions and good wifi. Next to the apartment there is a supermarket, a bakery and pastry shop and shops to buy things if you forgot something. Bus stops to go to the train station (if you do not want to walk 25 min) or other towns are near as well. The port is also close if you prefer to visit other cities by ferry. The parking is the area is cheap (0.75 Euro/h) and quite easy to find close to the apartment. The city center is also walking distance (15-20 min). La Spezia is a strategic place to do many things, such as visit Cinque Terre, Portovenere, Lerici, go for swimming in the nearby beaches etc. Highly recommended and we would happily return!

everything was fine!

It was a generous apartment with much space. You have almost anything you need in a home. The port seea is at 150 metters from location. Also close to city center.

We booked the property one hour before we arrive and had the bad surpise that the owner didnt bother to response to our e-mail,text message or phone call. We had to wait in the staircase allmost one hour and in this time we also call at booking to be abble to reach the owner....to get the keys ! After that was all ok. So if you want to go there you must get armed with patience! :) Also we didn forghet that we had to pay a extra 20 euro for the town tax... ;)

Good communication. Clean and spacious rooms. Near port to visit Cinque Terre by boat.

Location is good. 5 minutes walk from port for boats to Cinque Terre and elsewhere and also a great spot to watch the sunrise!
