"it was horrible experience to pay rm583.20 and get this service ,i didnt stay in that house for 30mi"

nothing was good

- service for house keeping - cleanliness was bad - broken pipes in toilet , causing the toilet to flood - dusty - no towel was given , when request the house keeper took a dirty towel which was from the balcony and requested to use it -property owner didnt take responsible of the issues when confronted . ( she blamed the previous person)
