Palazzo Rudiae -Duomo

We loved absolutely everything! The location is 10/10 and the apartment is spacious and well maintained. Windows that open or air conditioning if you want it. Delicious fresh pastries were delivered to our door for breakfast one morning and the complimentary chilled water and treats were appreciated. I took a photo of the fragrant body soap as want to buy some. This place is a total gem!

This was our favourite accommodation in Puglia, a tastefully renovated apartment in a historic building. Huge archway ceilings, with lounge, dining, kitchen and single bedroom. We could comfortably live here and use it as a base to explore the area for weeks. Right around the corner from the main streets of Lecce, and what a beauty she is! Lots of good food and historical sites. Carla was super friendly and helpful, greeted us on arrival and showed us the laundry in the basement. She also booked our long term carpark just outside the city walls. I cannot recommend this enough.

Perfect location, in the middle of historic centre. Ample space, clean, good facilities. We stayed two weeks and felt very comfortable. There is no parking in that area but Carla reserved us a paid parking less than 500 meters away, 10 euros a day - nothing by European standards.

Ottimo appartamento in pieno centro a Lecce. Curato in ogni dettaglio. Super consigliato

Accueil très chaleureux de la propriétaire Carla. Mon avion de Paris atterrissant en fin de matinée, Carla m’a invitée à m’installer bien avant le début de ma location dans l’appartement. Le palazzo est situé dans le centre historique de Lecce et c’est très calme. On y accède par une porte avec digicode pour la sécurité. Un très bel escalier dessert 4 appartements. Le mien étant situé au 2ème étage, Carla a eu la gentillesse de m’aider à porter ma valise (27 kg!!!). L’appartement est très très joli. La rénovation de l’ensemble est remarquable et de très bon goût. Le salon est pourvu d’un grand canapé extrêmement confortable et d’un téléviseur avec un grand écran (beaucoup de chaînes de télévision). Très bon éclairage dans le salon. La cuisine aménagée est de très bon goût, très actuelle, avec 2 ouvertures sur l’extérieur (1 fenêtre et un petit balcon avec une table et 2 chaises). Petit bémol, j’aurais aimé une table de cuisine un peu plus grande, mais ceci n’est pas très grave. Carla avait prévu 2 bouteilles d’eau dans le réfrigérateur, de l’huile, du vinaigre, du poivre, du café, du thé, du sucre… C’est tellement agréable d’avoir les premières nécessités… Une autre petite pièce est pourvue d’une penderie qui permet de suspendre et ranger les vêtements. On y trouve de nouveau un canapé. Il y a également une fenêtre sur l’extérieur. C’est un palazzo et la chambre avait un très beau plafond en voûte. On y trouve un grand miroir (parfait pour moi 😊). Le lit est très grand et la literie est excellente. Très bon goût de linge de lit et 4 oreillers très confortables. La salle de bain est équipée d’une grande douche à l’italienne et d’un grand lavabo. Produits pour la douche. Sèche-cheveux de qualité. Radiateur-sèche serviettes. Aucun souci avec l’eau chaude. Serviettes éponge de qualité (2 grandes, 2 moyennes et 1 petite). Wifi parfaite, chauffage parfait (je suis venue pour Noël), des prises de courant partout, beaucoup de luminosité).

Prekrasan objekt sa svim potrebnim za izuzetno ugodan boravak. Lokacija u samom centru, u neposrednoj blizini izvrsnih restorana i caffea. Carla je bila susretljiva i svojim sugestijama nam je učinila boravak u ovom prekrasnom gradu ugodnim. Ovaj objekt preporučam svima koji namjeravaju boraviti u Lecceu. Jednostavno je prekrasan i na najboljoj mogućoj lokaciji.

Sve je bilo izvrsno i sve mi se svidjelo.

Asunto sijaitsee erinomaisella paikalla vanhassa keskustassa. Asunto iso ja avara, hyvin varusteltu. Sijaitsee toisessa kerroksessa, ei hissiä. Early check-in oli mahdollista. Viimeisenä aamuna saimme pienen aamiaispaketin lahjaksi. Yhteydenpito Carlan kanssa sujui Whatsappin kautta. Carla lähetti myös linkin maksamista varten joten ei käteismaksua.

Asunnon ikkunoista ja pieneltä parvekkeelta oli näkymä vain talojen seinään.
