Wee Beach Hut Maidens

That was the best place we ever been to!

The location is absolutely perfect between maidens and culzean. Its little but perfectly formed.

No storage really and shower a bit of a hit or a miss.

Private, peaceful, imaginative. Surrounded by swallows and bats, rabbits, tree sparrows... and with a lovely sea view under the sunset. Comfy bed and bedding, wonderful mini wood burning stove, big parking space, friendly passers-by, cute, solar-powered fairy lights on the deck. Friendly, helpful owner and generous snacks. Right near the beach and perfect for a stroll around the castle grounds.

Had trouble with the fold out table but we made do. The shower went cold quite quickly.

The location was excellent a short walk to the beach. The hut had everything that was needed for this type of accommodation. Nice area for bbq'ing need your own BBQ. The hut was not overlooked and felt quite private, the only passerby were dog walkers.

I struggled to open the lock box, the mechanism seemed to stick. Overall, there was nothing not to like but I think WiFi would have been good for the price of the accommodation.

Sadly I couldn’t get the shower to work but was only there for a day and night so just reported it when I was leaving

Excellent sea view. Excellent location, close to the beach. The accomodation has been really well thought out and designed to make the most of the available space.

Brilliant set up. Well designed and appointed with everything you might need for a few days away. Great view for sunsets and star gazing, bird watching, peace and quiet, access to the beach and local walks.

Could consider an outdoor table with chairs to eat at as space inside is limited.
