"Conveniently situated. New property with hostess keen to improve things"

It was very conveniently placed and easy to find. It will probably be quite nice in the summer as the room has doors opening onto the garden.

There were a few teething problems which are being addressed. I have spoken to the lady who did what she could to change things at the time.
