Hard to reach out to the staff and property manager is not responding

My booking was in shell residence, I arrive from airport to shell residence tower C as advice by the host. When arrived the host asked me to transfer to the Sea residence because its fully booked, which is i dont like because i have lot of luggage. I have no choice so I took taxi again and transferred to sea residence. Room smell bad when i arrived. To no towels and no toiletries.

Wasn't able to experience staying coz the host informed the moment that we are on our way to the place that they are fully booked. We were expecting to have a place to stay and to relax after long hour of travel.. disappointing! Hope you will update time to timw your post of available units.

I like because is just walking distance to MOA

What I don't like in this property, first, the care take care of the property didn't show up. We only communicate by phone. I had hard time checking in because the front desk hesitant to because according to their policy it's the owners responsibility to accommodate their guest. They made me wait an hour to check me in. I was so tired from traveling and I expect them to be approachable and accommodating. Second, the building is not that safe because no card access going in and out. Third, the room was smelled old. It's not the same room posted in your app.

Nothing

First, it was smelly as if someone just poop when we entered the room. Worst stay compared to other budget friendly SMDC unit. We were not informed that there was a pay parking. Me and my friends brought 2 cars and last minute we decided to stay for a night. We sent an email if the parking was included and the contact person said “Yes” without mentioning that it was a pay parking. At 6AM, we woke up with someone knocking on the door. It was the caretaker asking for 5500 for payment parking. I was speechless and my brain was lagging that time. To cut the story short we end paying just 1000php for the parking. The owner of the unit was VERY RUDE as well as the CARETAKER.

Disappointing

Its not clean
