Good central location, restaurants, bars and cafes all around.

Nearby pub quite noisy, though within licensing hours. Early morning delivery of beer kegs woke us up.

It was lovely & spacious, very clean & brilliant location.

The heating didn’t work & no hot water. After a FaceTime call with a heating engineer the issue was solved. Not a great start. The towel rail in bathroom never heated up so needs fixing.

Really helpful host, easy to access, lots of space and very comfy. Plenty of mirrors, so many places don't have them!

First, to go up to the apartment, you need to use the stairs for three floors and carry all your bags with you without any an elevator. The level of cleanliness is very low, the furniture is old and worn out, and it is clear that the one who is doing the maintenance is an unprofessional person. We were forced to use cold water at a low temperature, especially at night, for several days until we were contacted and the matter was fixed

Siamo state qui nella settimana strategica che ha visto a Manchester sia i concerti degli Oasis che di BIllie Eilish, avevamo pronotato questa casa con molto anticipo: a settembre dello scorso anno. La posizione è ottima, la casa ben arredata con elementi di design, dotata di tutto il necessario, bagno molto carino, molto spazio per 4 persone, ma comoda anche per 6. Le istruzioni per trovare la chiave erano perfette (con video). La casa si raggiunge dalla stazione Piccadilly con un breve camminata di circa 10 minuti! Siamo state benissimo e lo consiglio a chi ama stare in una posizione centrale.

L'unico consiglio che mi sento di dare è fornire l'alloggio anche di un piccolo asciugacapelli. A Manchester piove spesso e capita di essere inzuppate. Per il resto non manca nulla.

Very easy to find, and access thanks to the video. Once inside it was really spacious. It was the perfect base for use to explore the northern quarter, and visit co-op live. Everything was so close and finding the hidden gems like random bars and restaurants 😁

The decor was very tired and some of the furniture was too. But it didn't affect the stay.
