The property was clean

Once the accommodation was booked we had to go through a very time consuming and unnecessary multiple security checks, On the day of arrival we received a call to say the property had no heating or hot water, so FabAcommodation arranged for us to stay in a 3 bed property which was another 20 minutes further away than the area we wanted to stay in. We booked a 4 bed property and we had to stay in a 3 bedroom, which had no WiFi. No refund was offered, we were promised that the heating would be fixed in the property that we originally booked, but this never materialised. To sum it all up, I would NOT recommend booking accommodation with this company, unless you have a lot of spare time to login to their portal (that does not work all the time) to verify your identity. We have been using Airbnb for 4 years now and have never experience such problems we have had with this company.
